Tristeza/ Sadness/ Traurigkeit

Era el motivo de su existir. Respiraba por él. Por desgracia ellos vivían bajo diferentes techos en una misma ciudad. El destino, aunque cruel, no pudo apagar el fuego de su atracción. Compartían mismas vibraciones. Existía una delicada conexión. Sus corazones latían al unísono, soñando con el día en que finalmente podrían compartir un solo hogar. Ella sentía una chispa que avivaba su corazón cada vez que lo evocaba. Ella creía fervientemente que sus súplicas serían escuchadas. Había distancia que los separaba. Cada amanecer renovaba su esperanza, pero ya se iba cansando y cada día evitaba más su recuerdo, ya no venía acaso revivir su sonrisa. 

Cada día se convertía en un desafío de fortaleza. Aunque su corazón aún latía con amor, los pocos momentos compartidos se desvanecían. Con el paso del tiempo, aprendió a vivir con la ausencia, buscando nuevas formas de llenar el vacío que él había dejado. Y todo se convertía en vocablos escritos y repetitivos en cartas de amor sin destinatario.

He was the reason for her existence. She breathed for him. Unfortunately, they lived under different roofs in the same city. Fate, although cruel, could not extinguish the fire of their attraction. They shared the same vibrations. There was a delicate connection. Their hearts beat in unison, dreaming of the day when they could finally share a single home. Each time she thought of him, she felt a spark that kindled her heart. She fervently believed that her prayers would be heard. There was a distance that separated them. Each dawn renewed her hope, but she was growing tired, and each day she avoided his memory more and more, as it no longer made sense to revive his smile.

Each day became a challenge of strength. Although her heart still beat with love, the few moments they had shared were fading away. Over time, she learned to live with the absence, seeking new ways to fill the void he had left. And everything turned into written and repetitive words in love letters without a recipient.

Er war der Grund ihres Daseins. Sie atmete für ihn. Leider lebten sie unter verschiedenen Dächern in derselben Stadt. Das Schicksal, obwohl grausam, konnte das Feuer ihrer Anziehung nicht löschen. Sie teilten dieselben Schwingungen. Es existierte eine zarte Verbindung. Ihre Herzen schlugen im Einklang und träumten von dem Tag, an dem sie endlich ein gemeinsames Zuhause teilen könnten. Jedes Mal, wenn sie an ihn dachte, fühlte sie einen Funken, der ihr Herz entfachte. Sie glaubte fest daran, dass ihre Gebete erhört würden. Es gab eine Distanz, die sie trennte. Jeden Morgen erneuerte sich ihre Hoffnung, doch langsam wurde sie müde und vermied mehr und mehr seine Erinnerung, es machte keinen Sinn mehr, sein Lächeln wiederzubeleben.

Jeder Tag wurde zu einer Herausforderung der Stärke. Obwohl ihr Herz noch immer vor Liebe schlug, verblassten die wenigen gemeinsamen Momente. Mit der Zeit lernte sie, mit der Abwesenheit zu leben, neue Wege zu suchen, um die Leere zu füllen, die er hinterlassen hatte. Und alles verwandelte sich in geschriebene und sich wiederholende Worte in Liebesbriefen ohne Empfänger.

Ella tapa su boca/ Sie bedeckt ihren Mund/ She covers her mouth

Se tapaba la boca, ya que parecía que los que estaban a su alrededor no la entendían. Ella, con sus ideas claras, siempre defendía lo que parecía imposible. Poseía una fe inmensa, aunque albergaba dudas en ciertos aspectos en otros temas; sin embargo, estaba convencida de que su amor por el Divino Creador era genuino. Ella aguardaba la segunda venida de Jesús, algo inimaginable para muchos, pero evidente para ella. 

Cuidaba su corazón y sus emociones, era consciente de que habitaba en un mundo cruel donde la transparencia emocional tenía poco valor. De hecho se habían perdido muchos valores, todo había cambiado. La valentía se había muerto, la paz no existía, las mentiras sobrevivían, la corrupción perduraba, y las guerras habían comenzado indicando el inicio de los tiempos finales. 

Vienen falsos maestros, más guerras, más hambre y terremotos, plagas, la persecución de los cristianos. Viene el abandono de la fe, mucha traición y odio, falsos profetas que engañarán a muchos. Acciones malignas, personas sin escrúpulos. Habrá poco amor y mucha oscuridad.  

Pero Jesús descenderá del cielo y todo el mundo lo verá cuando regrese victorioso en nuestra búsqueda.

Sie bedeckte ihren Mund, denn es schien, als würden die Menschen um sie herum sie nicht verstehen. Mit klaren Überzeugungen verteidigte sie stets das, was anderen unmöglich erschien. Trotz gelegentlicher Zweifel war ihr Glaube unermesslich, und sie war überzeugt von der Echtheit ihrer Liebe zum göttlichen Schöpfer. Die Wiederkunft Jesu, für viele unvorstellbar, war für sie eine offensichtliche Gewissheit. Ihr Herz und ihre Gefühle schützte sie, wohl wissend, dass sie in einer Welt lebte, in der emotionale Offenheit wenig zählte. Tatsächlich waren viele Werte verloren gegangen, alles hatte sich gewandelt. Der Mut war verschwunden, Frieden nicht vorhanden, Lügen überdauerten, Korruption bestand fort, und Kriege hatten begonnen, die das Ende der Zeiten einläuteten.

Falsche Lehrer werden kommen, mehr Kriege, mehr Hungersnöte und Erdbeben, Epidemien, Verfolgung der Christen. Es wird zu einer Abwendung vom Glauben kommen, zu Verrat und Hass, zu falschen Propheten, die viele in die Irre führen werden. Böse Taten, rücksichtslose Menschen. Es würde an Liebe mangeln und Dunkelheit vorherrschen.

Doch Jesus wird vom Himmel herabkommen, und die ganze Welt wird ihn sehen, wenn er siegreich in unseren Kampf zurückkehrt.

She covered her mouth, as it seemed those around her did not understand her. With her clear ideas, she always defended what seemed impossible. She possessed immense faith, although she harbored doubts in certain aspects on other topics; however, she was convinced that her love for the Divine Creator was genuine. She awaited the second coming of Jesus, something unimaginable to many, but evident to her. She guarded her heart and emotions, aware that she lived in a cruel world where emotional transparency held little value. Indeed, many values had been lost; everything had changed. Courage had died, peace did not exist, lies survived, corruption endured, and wars had begun, indicating the beginning of the end times. 

False teachers are coming, more wars, more famine and earthquakes, plagues, the persecution of Christians. The abandonment of faith is coming, much betrayal and hatred, false prophets who will deceive many. Malicious actions, unscrupulous people. There will be little love and much darkness. 

But Jesus will descend from heaven, and everyone will see Him when He returns victorious in our search.

Se bebe el mundo/ Sie lebt ihr Leben voll aus/ She drinks the world

Le gusta el fuego, es rebelde, desobediente; tiene un corazón salvaje e indomable. Ella muestra una ternura incomparable, incluso hacia aquellos que no lo agradecen. Se inscribe en clases de baile para soltar energía excedente, disfruta moviendo su esqueleto. Es de espíritu jovial y tenía fe en sí mismo. No había obstáculo que no pudiera barrer en su camino, es fuerte, arrolladora con un carácter aplastante y tan bella como la aurora. Su paz interior refleja la pureza de su alma. Llevaba una vida caótica, pero al mismo tiempo, ordenada. A veces su mente está revuelta, pero halla quietud en la palabra de Dios. Ella lleva el buen humor en sus aventuras, es chica de pasión. 

Es sana, se bebe el mundo y se acerca a su óptima versión en todo momento.

She likes fire, she is rebellious, disobedient; she has a wild and untamable heart. She shows an incomparable tenderness, even towards those who do not appreciate it. She enrolls in dance classes to release excess energy, enjoying moving her body. She has a youthful spirit and had faith in herself. There was no obstacle she couldn’t sweep away in her path; she is strong, overwhelming with a crushing character and as beautiful as the dawn. Her inner peace reflects the purity of her soul. She led a chaotic but at the same time orderly life. Sometimes her mind is unsettled, but she finds quiet in the word of God. She brings good humor to her adventures; she is a girl of passion.

She is in good health, partakes of the world's offerings, and continually strives towards her best self.

¿Cómo era Jesús?/ Wie war Jesus?/ How was Jesus?

Ella creía firmemente en la segunda venida de Jesús. La gente la miraba con extrañeza cuando ella hablaba de Él, pero la paz que sentía al pensar en Él fortalecía aún más su corazón. Pues nadie era capaz de convencerla de lo contrario. No solo había leído maravillas de Él, también las había vivido. Y en una enseñanza tras otra, ella había empezado a amarlo más que a nada en esta vida. 

¿Cómo era Jesús? Ella lo sabía bien...

Jesús siempre mostraba un amor incondicional hacia todas las personas. Jesús siempre defendió la justicia y la verdad en todas sus acciones. Jesús, a pesar de su grandeza, vivió una vida sencilla y cercana a la gente.

Sus enseñanzas están llenas de sabiduría y conocimiento divino. Jesús siempre tuvo compasión por los enfermos, los pobres y los marginados. Jesús realizó numerosos milagros de curación física y espiritual.

Jesús siempre perdonó a quienes se arrepintieron y buscó redimir a los pecadores. A ella le hubiera gustado vivir en esa época para experimentar de primera mano lo que era capaz de hacer. Ese ser tan divino repleto de amor tan puro en su corazón. 

Así es Él, llamado Jesucristo.

Sie war fest überzeugt von der zweiten Wiederkunft Jesu. Obwohl die Leute sie seltsam ansahen, wenn sie über Ihn sprach, gab ihr der Frieden, den sie bei dem Gedanken an Ihn fühlte, noch mehr Kraft. Denn niemand konnte sie vom Gegenteil überzeugen. Sie hatte nicht nur Wunder über Ihn gelesen, sondern diese auch selbst erlebt. Und mit jeder Lehre begann sie, Ihn mehr als alles andere in diesem Leben zu lieben.

Wie war Jesus? Sie kannte die Antwort genau…

Jesus zeigte stets bedingungslose Liebe gegenüber allen Menschen. Jesus stand immer für Gerechtigkeit und Wahrheit in all seinen Taten ein. Trotz seiner Bedeutung führte Jesus ein einfaches Leben, nahe bei den Menschen.

Seine Lehren sind erfüllt von Weisheit und göttlichem Wissen. Jesus empfand stets Mitgefühl für Kranke, Arme und Ausgestoßene. Er vollbrachte unzählige Wunder der physischen und spirituellen Heilung.

Jesus vergab immer jenen, die Reue zeigten, und strebte danach, Sünder zu erlösen. Sie wünschte sich, zu jener Zeit gelebt zu haben, um aus erster Hand zu erleben, wozu Er fähig war. Dieses göttliche Wesen, erfüllt von so reiner Liebe in seinem Herzen.

So ist Er, genannt Jesus Christus.

She firmly believed in the second coming of Jesus. People looked at her strangely when she spoke of Him, but the peace she felt when thinking of Him strengthened her heart even more. For no one was able to convince her otherwise. She had not only read wonders about Him, but she had also experienced them. And in one teaching after another, she had begun to love Him more than anything in this life.

What was Jesus like? She knew well…

Jesus always showed unconditional love towards all people.

Jesus always defended justice and truth in all His actions.

Jesus, despite His greatness, lived a simple life close to the people.

His teachings are full of wisdom and divine knowledge.

Jesus always had compassion for the sick, the poor, and the marginalized.

Jesus performed numerous miracles of physical and spiritual healing.

Jesus always forgave those who repented and sought to redeem sinners.

She would have liked to live in that time to experience firsthand what He was capable of doing. That divine being filled with such pure love in His heart.

This is Him, called Jesus Christ.

Anhelo/ Sehnsucht/ Longing

Su vida quizá estaba por cambiar radicalmente. Agobiada por la soledad, alzaba la vista al cielo y suplicaba a su Papá Guardián que la orientara. Vivía una vida loca, llena de desaciertos, llena de barbaridades emocionales. Esa era su historia, nada espectacular. Ella sentía curiosidad por una vida natural y corriente sin ataduras, anhelaba amor sincero. Y le pedía a Dios un cambio extremado, sin luchas ni peleas. Solo quería respirar paz, eso era su hambre, eso era su sed. 

Ihr Leben stand vor einer radikalen Veränderung. Überwältigt von Einsamkeit, schaute sie zum Himmel auf und suchte bei ihrem himmlischen Vater nach Führung. Ihr Leben war wild, geprägt von Missgeschicken und emotionalen Ausschweifungen. Das war ihre Geschichte, unspektakulär wie sie war. Sie träumte von einem natürlichen, einfachen Leben ohne Verpflichtungen, ersehnte sich nach echter Liebe. Sie flehte zu Gott um eine drastische Veränderung, frei von Konflikten und Streitereien. Sie wollte nur in Frieden leben, das war ihre Sehnsucht, das war ihr Verlangen.

Her life might be about to change radically. Overwhelmed by loneliness, she looked up to the sky and pleaded with her Guardian Father for guidance. She lived a crazy life, full of mistakes and emotional turmoil. That was her story, nothing spectacular. She was curious about a natural and ordinary life without ties, longing for sincere love. And she asked God for an extreme change, without struggles or fights. She just wanted to breathe peace, that was her hunger, that was her thirst.

Solo queda lanzarse a la vida, ser el verdadero protagonista de la misma. Que el espíritu rebelde nunca se desvanezca en tu corazón. Así es como debe ser la disciplina placentera, luchar para tener una buena vida. El buen estado de ánimo será tu fiel acompañante. Posees la llave secreta de la felicidad, porque tú lo vales. 

La conquista del gozo se hace notar en cada paso que das. Afronta el mundo sin miedo y marca la diferencia. Es el camino de la alegría y la paz en tu universo. Permite que tu energía fluya completamente. Despliega tu dinamismo y descubre tu fortaleza interior. 

Que tu aspiración sea siempre encontrar la sonrisa más hermosa. Es importante que hagas algo por ti mismo. Haz una pausa para considerar que solo se vive una vez, así podrás aprovechar cada segundo de este viaje. 

Aférrate con cariño a tu transformación y mueve el mundo a tu favor. Hay una nueva forma de verlo todo. Dale ahora el "sí quiero" a tu forma de vida, es el principal proyecto.

Die Eroberung der Freude zeigt sich in jedem deiner Schritte. Stelle dich der Welt furchtlos und mache den Unterschied. Es ist der Pfad der Freude und des Friedens in deinem Universum. Lass deine Energie frei fließen. Entfalte deine Dynamik und entdecke deine innere Kraft. 

Strebe stets danach, das schönste Lächeln zu finden. Es ist wichtig, dass du Dinge für dich selbst tust. Nimm dir eine Auszeit, um darüber nachzudenken, dass man nur einmal lebt, um jede Sekunde dieser Reise voll auszukosten.

Eres el más valiente, reconocido por tus enseñanzas de amor y compasión. Sanabas a enfermos, multiplicabas pan y peces, resucitabas a los muertos, realizabas numerosos milagros, sin ser experto en nada. Te centrabas en las enseñanzas del Reino de Dios y la importancia de la fe y el arrepentimiento. 

Sé que vas a librarnos, vendrás con fuerza para hacer desaparecer todo peligro en este mundo tan cruel. Tu energía alcanzará a todas las personas de corazón puro. Nadie podrá eludir tu juicio y todos tus fieles aguardarán tu segunda venida, la Parusía, para instaurar tu Reino Eterno. Este acontecimiento será evidente para todos. Your energy will reach all people with pure hearts. No one will be able to escape your judgment, and all your faithful will await your second coming, the Parousia, to establish your eternal kingdom. Su estado de ánimo, la obsesión. Le hacía falta un compañero de vida para cambiar su situación. Su pasión es el positivismo, y le encantaría danzar al ritmo de estrofas de amor. La música se escuchaba en su corazón cada vez que le revivía. Ella quiere estar con ese hombre desconocido y tan deseado a la vez. Sus pensamientos se encaminaban hacia un destino diferente. Su entendimiento del amor era único y la abrumaba. Al evocar su rostro, la paz inundaba su mente, sintiendo una emoción divina y una calma que permeaba todo su ser.

Ella necesitaba tomar decisiones, pero la cobardía, la timidez y la pena la hacían retroceder. Lo intentaba, pero se había transformado en una mujer temerosa y aprensiva. Life grows complex when you stop struggling and shift to a new rhythm. Comprehending the situation is vital; suffering stems from acceptance. Departure occurs when you endure the agony but cannot let it go.

She yearned to master her emotions, yet she felt ensnared in a nightmare. A massage was precisely what she required to free her heart and bring balance back to her mind.

Miedo en el interior/Paura dentro/ Fear inside/ Innere Angst

El miedo es un producto emocional del cerebro. 

Se produce cuando se presenta un peligro o cualquier situación de intimidación. Existen diferentes tipos de miedo. Yo me concentraré en el miedo real e irracional. El miedo imaginario nace en la mente y no está justificado, no existe amenaza real. A veces el miedo nos ayuda a protegernos de situaciones peligrosas y sirve como escudo. A veces sufrimos ansiedad que origina miedos reflejados por situaciones cotidianas. 

Una salida hacia tu supermercado puede convertirse en un camino espinoso. Una simple conversación con personas puede transformarse en pesadilla. Caminar por las calles puede resultar hostil para tu ser. El miedo se puede reflejar en tu rostro y también en tu cuerpo, temblores delatan tu estado emocional, esto provoca una baja autoestima. Cargarte de valentía, puede derivar hacia bienestar o todo lo contrario empeorar el estado en el que te encuentras y puede paralizarte por completo. No siempre tienes capacidad de salir de ese horror por ti mismo, así que una opción sería contactar un psicólogo. De eso modo comprenderías mejor tu interior y te alejarías del mal, canalizarías tus emociones y te concentrarías en la bondad de tu corazón y el valor que tienes como persona. Pues mereces tener buena autoconfianza y una mente callada, libre de esa voz ruidosa para respirar tranquilamente.  

Los miedos pueden resultar muy traicioneros y engañosos, pues nos hacen ver una realidad distorsionada. Te sientes acorralado, sin salida y te oprime la garganta y el pecho. 

Intranquilidad, nerviosismo, preocupación e incertidumbre son ingredientes del miedo. Así como viajar al pasado y volar al futuro, son razones para sentir miedo, solo en el presente puedes experimentar armonía y quietud. Voluntad, libertad, paz y optimismo son ingredientes del coraje.

Comencemos el viaje hacia la seguridad y serenidad. 

La paura e' un prodotto emozionale del cervello.

Si verifica quando c'è un pericolo o una situazione di intimidazione. Ci sono diversi tipi di paura. Io mi concentrerò sulla paura reale e irrazionale. La paura immaginaria nasce nella mente e non è giustificata, non c'è vera minaccia. A volte la paura ci aiuta a proteggerci da situazioni pericolose e serve da scudo. A volte soffriamo di ansia che genera paure riflesse nelle situazioni quotidiane.

Un'uscita per il tuo supermercato può diventare una strada spinosa. Una semplice conversazione con le persone può trasformarsi in un incubo. Camminare per le strade puo' essere ostile al tuo essere. La paura può riflettersi sul tuo viso e anche sul tuo corpo, i tremori rivelano il tuo stato emotivo, questo provoca una bassa autostima. Caricare il coraggio può portare al benessere o, al contrario, peggiorare lo stato in cui ti trovi e può paralizzarti completamente. Non sei sempre in grado di uscire da quell'orrore da solo, quindi un'opzione potrebbe essere quella di contattare uno psicologo. In questo modo capiresti meglio te stesso e ti allontaneresti dal male, incanaleresti le tue emozioni e ti concentreresti sulla bontà del tuo cuore e sul valore che hai come persona. Beh, meriti di avere una buona fiducia in te stesso e una mente silenziosa, libera da quella voce rumorosa per respirare tranquillamente.

Fear is an emotional product of the brain. 

It is produced when danger or any intimidating situation arises. There are different types of fear. I will concentrate on real and irrational fear. Imaginary fear is born in the mind and is not justified, there is no real threat. Sometimes fear helps us to protect ourselves from dangerous situations and serves as a shield. Sometimes we suffer from anxiety that gives rise to fears reflected by everyday situations. 

A trip to the supermarket can turn into a thorny path. A simple conversation with people can turn into a nightmare. Walking down the street can be hostile to your being. Fear can be reflected in your face and also in your body, tremors give away your emotional state, which can lead to low self-esteem. Being charged with courage can lead to well-being or, on the contrary, can worsen the state in which you find yourself and can paralyse you completely. You are not always able to get out of this horror by yourself, so one option would be to contact a psychologist. That way you would understand your inner self better and get away from evil, channel your emotions and concentrate on the goodness of your heart and the value you have as a person. For you deserve to have good self-confidence and a quiet mind, free of that noisy voice to breathe easy. 

Fears can be very treacherous and deceptive, because they make us see a distorted reality. You feel cornered, with no way out, and your throat and chest tighten. 

Restlessness, nervousness, worry and uncertainty are all ingredients of fear. Just as travelling into the past and flying into the future are reasons for fear, only in the present can you experience harmony and stillness. Will, freedom, peace and optimism are ingredients of courage.

Angst zeigt sich im Gesicht und Körper; Zittern offenbart emotionale Zustände und kann das Selbstwertgefühl mindern. Mut kann Wohlbefinden fördern oder im Gegenteil lähmen. Nicht immer kann man sich selbst befreien, daher kann die Konsultation eines Psychologen helfen. So kann man sein Inneres verstehen, sich von negativen Emotionen lösen, und sich auf die eigene Güte und den persönlichen Wert konzentrieren. Denn jeder verdient Selbstvertrauen und einen friedvollen Geist, frei von der lauten inneren Stimme, um in Ruhe atmen zu können.

Ängste sind oft heimtückisch und trügerisch, da sie eine verzerrte Realität vorgaukeln. Man fühlt sich eingeengt, ohne Ausweg, und es schnürt einem die Kehle zu.

Unruhe, Nervosität, Sorge und Unsicherheit gehören zur Angst. Während das Verweilen in der Vergangenheit und das Vorausdenken in die Zukunft Angst auslösen können, findet man Harmonie und Ruhe nur im Hier und Jetzt. Wille, Freiheit, Frieden und Optimismus sind die Bausteine des Mutes.

Chaos wird auf der Erde herrschen und du wirst für uns leiden, für all die Katastrophen, die wir verursacht haben. Der falsche Prophet und Luzbel und seine Komplizen werden zermalmt und dann in den Abgrund geworfen, in den Feuersee für tausend Jahre. Die Völker werden gerichtet und die erste Auferstehung wird kommen. Endlich wird die Wiederherstellung vollendet werden. Du hast verheißen, nach der Großen Trübsal wiederzukommen, und ich glaube an dein Wort.

Die Sonne wird sich verfinstern und der Mond seinen Schein verlieren.

Ich bin überzeugt, dass du wiederkommen wirst, denn ich habe meine eigene Version.

Und dein Zeichen wird sieben Tage und sieben Nächte am Himmel stehen. Du wirst unsere Befreiung sein, Parusie, mein Lieblingswort. Und du wirst dieses Land in Besitz nehmen, eine ganz neue Welt, für alle Ewigkeit. Ein neuer Tempel wird entstehen.

Un último adiós/ Ein letzter Abschied/ A last goodbye/ Un ultimo addio

Fue una dura sentencia.

Ella tomó una decisión irrevocable. Ya no gustaba estar atrapada en ese círculo vicioso sin salida irreparable. 

Su alma sollozaba lágrimas de sangre y su mente estaba fría como el hielo. Tragos amargos y golpes bajos habían sido la triste habitualidad. Un presente con daños y calamidades terribles y un pasado nunca resuelto la conducían a una desesperación inhumana. Estaba destinada a un fracasado mar de angustia, tormento y ansiedad y ella le había avisado. Él no quiso atender. Su intento de recuperar la relación desaprovechado y tarde. Ella le había entregado su amor hacia tiempo. Él no quiso comprender que una relación había que cuidarla y alimentar el amor día a día, nutrirlo con actos y olvidarse de tantas palabras sin fondo, tantas falsas promesas.                                                                  

Ahora ella vuelve a respirar paz interior y aunque su corazón está partido y con pena, tiene que seguir adelante con pasos firmes. Ella debe alejarse de esa burbuja tóxica que solo conlleva amargura y dolor.  

Él no quiso escuchar.

Sie traf eine unwiderrufliche Entscheidung. Sie wollte nicht länger in diesem Teufelskreis gefangen sein, aus dem es kein Entrinnen gab. 

Ihre Seele weinte Tränen aus Blut und ihr Verstand war kalt wie Eis. Bittere Schlucke und tiefe Schläge waren ihr zur traurigen Gewohnheit geworden. Eine Gegenwart voller furchtbarer Schäden und Unglücke und eine nie aufgearbeitete Vergangenheit trieben sie in eine unmenschliche Verzweiflung. Sie war für ein Meer von Qualen, Leid und Angst bestimmt, und sie hatte ihn gewarnt. Er wollte nicht hören. Ihr Versuch, die Beziehung wiederherzustellen, war vergeblich und kam zu spät. Sie hatte ihm schon vor langer Zeit ihre Liebe geschenkt. Er wollte nicht verstehen, dass eine Beziehung Tag für Tag gepflegt und genährt werden muss, genährt durch Taten und nicht durch so viele leere Worte, so viele falsche Versprechungen.                                                                  

Jetzt atmet sie wieder inneren Frieden, und obwohl ihr Herz gebrochen ist und schmerzt, muss sie mit festen Schritten weitergehen. Sie muss sich von dieser giftigen Blase befreien, die nur Bitterkeit und Schmerz bringt.  

Er wollte nicht zuhören.

It was a harsh sentence.

She made an irrevocable decision. She no longer liked being trapped in this vicious circle with no irreparable way out. 

Her soul sobbed tears of blood and her mind was as cold as ice. Bitter gulps and low blows had been the sad habit. A present with terrible damage and calamities and a past never resolved drove her to inhuman despair. She was destined for a failed sea of anguish, torment and anxiety and she had warned him. He would not listen. Her attempt to recover the relationship was wasted and late. She had given her love to him long ago. He did not want to understand that a relationship has to be nurtured and nourished day by day, nourished with actions and forget about so many words without substance, so many false promises.                                                                  

Now she is breathing inner peace again and although her heart is broken and in pain, she has to move forward with firm steps. She must get away from that toxic bubble that only brings bitterness and pain.  

He refused to listen.

E' stata una sentenza dura.

Ha preso una decisione irrevocabile. Non mi piaceva piu' essere intrappolata in quel circolo vizioso senza via d'uscita irreparabile.

La sua anima piangeva lacrime di sangue e la sua mente era fredda come il ghiaccio. Bevande amare e colpi bassi erano stati la triste abitudine. Un presente con danni e calamità terribili e un passato mai risolto la conducevano ad una disperazione disumana. Era destinata ad un mare di angoscia, tormento e ansia e lei l'aveva avvertita. Non ha voluto rispondere. Il suo tentativo di riconquistare la relazione e' stato sprecato e in ritardo. Lei gli aveva donato il suo amore tempo fa. Non ha voluto capire che una relazione doveva essere curata e alimentare l'amore giorno per giorno, nutrirlo con i fatti e dimenticare tante parole senza fondo, tante false promesse.

Ora lei respira di nuovo la pace interiore e, anche se il suo cuore è spezzato e addolorato, deve andare avanti con passi decisi. Deve allontanarsi da quella bolla tossica che porta solo amarezza e dolore.

Non ha voluto ascoltare.

Cabizbaja/ Head down

Tiene cosas pendientes en la vida. 

Pasó una mala racha, algunas pesadillas.

Se sentía presa de la soledad, había perdido su voluntad.

Andaba cabizbaja. 

Reinaba la tristeza en su cabeza.

Experimentaba rechazo y repudio, 

se consideraba su propia esclava.

Su mundo a la deriva estaba y la lucha ella abandonaba.

Un mar de lágrimas formaba gran parte de su día, ya apenas disfrutaba con la luz del día.

Y entre sombras y oscuridad ella decidía, 

que era necesario cambiar el rumbo de su agonía.

Decidió acompañar a la puerta su pasado, 

decirle adiós a su calvario, expulsar la negatividad y pasividad, 

y optar de nuevo por la felicidad.

Fue un cambio radical para ella, 

despertó a tiempo, recobró sus ganas de vivir.

Día tras día ella iba recuperando su sonrisa, ahora eso exactamente era su premisa.

Y con cada amanecer, ella de nuevo tenía elementos por agradecer.

En su pecho de nuevo florecía la esperanza, en su corazón se extendía la confianza,

poco a poco gobernaba la templanza. Y dejaba atrás toda la tiniebla sufrida, para iniciar una nueva vida. Porque un mal episodio lo tiene cualquiera, porque a veces tropezamos y la caída es brutal, lo que realmente cuenta, es saber salir del bache psíquico,

no capitular, no dejarse amedrentar, ni intimar.

Después de cada cielo cubierto y su nubosidad, hay un sol para radiar.

He has unfinished business in life. 

She went through a bad patch, some nightmares.

She felt lonely, she had lost her will.

She walked with her head down. 

Sadness reigned in her head.

She experienced rejection and repudiation, 

she considered herself her own slave.

Her world was adrift and the struggle she was giving up.

A sea of tears formed a large part of her day, she hardly enjoyed the light of day anymore.

And between shadows and darkness she decided, 

that it was necessary to change the course of her agony.

She decided to accompany her past to the door, 

to say goodbye to her ordeal, to expel negativity and passivity, 

and opt again for happiness.

It was a radical change for her, 

she woke up in time, regained her will to live.

Day after day she was regaining her smile, now that was exactly her premise.

Hope blossomed in her breast again, confidence spread in her heart,
