Bienestar/ Well-being

Frágil es el corazón que no 
sabe perdonar.
Quebradiza el alma que no
sabe olvidar.
Fuerte el espíritu que vive
del presente
y abandona el pasado.
Débil la mente que se
alberga en el futuro.
Inaceptable el ego que sólo
busca reconocer su razón.
Hermoso el ser que domina
la felicidad.
Majestuosa la vida en la que 
reina la paz.
Bendito el tiempo que 
permanece en silencio.
Gracias por la energía divina que 
se nos ha dado,
gracias por el bienestar en cada día.

Fragile is the heart that does not
He knows how to forgive.
It breaks the soul that doesn't
He knows how to forget.
Strong is the living spirit
of the present
and let go of the past.
Weak mind that is
harbours in the future.
Unacceptable the ego that only
seeks to acknowledge his reason.
Beautiful the being that dominates
Happiness.
Majestic is the life in which
Peace reigns.
Blessed is the time that
remains silent.

Thank you for the divine energy that
has been given to us,
Thank you for the well-being in every day.

Enfermedades mentales/ Mental illnesses

Gente que sufre enfermedades mentales no siempre son aceptada por la sociedad.  Su sentencia es muy injusta ya que todo el mundo tiene derecho a enfermar y ser tratado como otra persona que sufra de una enfermedad. Parece que si padeces de una depresión u otra dolencia o afección mental, ya te sellan y te juzgan como persona loca y repito eso no es justo, porque eso no corresponde a la verdad. Es muy difícil salir de ese círculo vicioso y negro en todas direcciones, te hinchan e inflan de medicación y a veces sin resultado, sin mejoría y entonces puedes caer más hondo en el pozo de las angustias. Además de la gente machacona que no tiene nada más importante que hacer en su vida que dificultarte la tuya. Luego hay gente muy comprensible y compasiva, gente empática. Gente con un corazón inteligente, gente abierta y entendedora.  Gente que te abre nuevos caminos en vez de borrar tus huellas.  El mundo necesita de esas almas generosas, gente que no juzga ni dictamina.
