Conectados/Connected

Una mañanita desperté con la vista muy clara. Primero dí gracias, gracias a mis pies que me llevan a cualquier lugar, gracias a mis ojitos que me dejan ver todo el abanico de colores, el sol y la luna, gracias a mis manos con las que puedo acariciar a mi gente, gracias. 
Esa es mi pequeña meditación todas las mañanas, digo gracias por este nuevo amanecer, gracias. 
Estoy en sintonía con el agradecimiento, me asimilo a lo que es la ley de atracción y atraigo cosas positivas a mi vida, porque una mente positiva ocasiona buenas vibraciones y señales al universo. Somos una torre de transmisión. Si estamos seguros de nuestros deseos, el universo nos devolverá más de ello, pero si emitimos pensamientos malos, recibirás más de ello, siendo consciente o inconsciente. El universo no entiende de negaciones. Si dices: "No quiero más problemas en mi trabajo", el universo va y te regala más de ello, porque no entiende el "no". Hay que renovar por completo el vocabulario y modificarlo a uno positivo. 
Sería: "Yo me llevo bien con mis compañeros de trabajo y con mi jefe". Y todo cambiará.
Hay que trabajar con afirmaciones y repetirlas, antes de dormir, ya en un estado relajado. Es difícil arañar el subconsciente, pero se pueden liberar los bloqueos y soltar las emociones y cicatrices negativas, donde se acumulan los traumas y nos autosabotajean, por ejemplo con música subliminal, tomando consciencia de que te sientes mal, u otra forma es, dándole la bienvenida a ese estado y reconociéndolo y restarle la fuerza.
Cada uno busque la adecuada manera de meditación, bienestar, desahogo y prosperidad.  Hay muchas formas de aliviarse y tener una perfecta calidad de vida.
Existe abundancia y fortuna para todo el mundo, el universo desconoce tanto la palabra escasez como carencia. 

Somos todos una perfección, lo sentíamos cuando éramos niños, pero lo olvidamos siendo adultos.

One morning I woke up with a clear view. First I gave thanks, thanks to my feet that take me everywhere, thanks to my little eyes that let me see the whole range of colours, the sun and the moon, thanks to my hands with which I can caress my people, thanks. That is my little meditation every morning, I say thank you for this new dawn, thank you. I am in tune with the gratitude, I assimilate myself to what is the law of attraction and thus attract positive things to my life, because a positive mind causes good vibrations and signals to the universe. We are a transmission tower. If we are sure of our desires, the universe will return more of it, if we emit evil thoughts, you will receive more of it, conscious or unconscious. The universe doesn't understand denial. If you say, "I don't want any more problems in my work," the universe goes and gives you more of it, because it doesn't understand the "no". The vocabulary needs to be renewed and changed to a positive one. It would be: "I get along well with my co-workers and with my boss". And everything will change. 
You have to work with affirmations and repeat them, even before sleeping, already in a relaxed state. It is difficult to scratch the subconscious, but you can release the blockages and release the negative emotions and scars, where they accumulate traumas and self-sabotage to us, for example with subliminal music, becoming aware that you feel bad or otherwise is, welcoming him to that state and recognizing and subtracting the strength. Everyone can look for the right way of meditation, well-being, undoing and prosperity. There are many ways to get relief and have a perfect quality of life. 
There is abundance and fortune for everyone, the universe does not know the word scarcity as much as lack. 

We are all a perfection, we felt it when we were kids, but what we forgot as adults.
