Crea un cambio/Create a change

Odio a los seres pesimistas, quizá la palabra "odiar" sea algo exagerada, pero me caen muy mal cuando intentan fastidiarte la vida con su conducta y forma de pensar.
Deberían ser conscientes de sus pensamientos y eliminarlos de su vocabulario mental. En mi vida siempre hay algo por lo que puedo estar agradecida.

Y cuan verdad es, con cada pensamiento negativo que le añades a tu lista destructora, te hundes más en el mar de las angustias y no importa que sepas nadar.
Necesitas una razón para salir del círculo negro. Algo que te haga vibrar.
Algo que despierte tu ser interior y sea reconocido como esperanzador, algo que infunda ánimo. Una mente sana, libre de pensamientos nefastos, se reconoce por tomar conciencia, vivir el presente, meditar y poner la mente en blanco.
Si alcanzas ese estado, todo tu ser se calmará y encontrarás paz mental.
Una mente libre de pensamientos fantasmales.


I hate the pessimistic beings, perhaps the word "hate" is something exaggerated, but I do not like it very much when they try to bother your life with their conduct and way of thinking. 
They should be conscious of their thoughts and eliminate them of their mental vocabulary. In my life there is always something therefore I can be grateful.

And how truth is it, with every negative thought that you add to your destroyer list, you sink more in the sea of anxiety and it is not important that you can swim. 
You need a reason to go out of the black circle. Something that makes you vibrate. Something that wakes up your interior being and admitted as encouraging, something that unfounds fortitude. A healthy, free mind of pernicious thoughts, is recognized for taking conscience, living the present, pondering and putting the mind in blank. If you reach this state, all your being will calm down and you will find mental peace. A free mind of ghostly thoughts.

Enfermedades mentales/ Mental illnesses

Gente que sufre enfermedades mentales no siempre son aceptada por la sociedad.  Su sentencia es muy injusta ya que todo el mundo tiene derecho a enfermar y ser tratado como otra persona que sufra de una enfermedad. Parece que si padeces de una depresión u otra dolencia o afección mental, ya te sellan y te juzgan como persona loca y repito eso no es justo, porque eso no corresponde a la verdad. Es muy difícil salir de ese círculo vicioso y negro en todas direcciones, te hinchan e inflan de medicación y a veces sin resultado, sin mejoría y entonces puedes caer más hondo en el pozo de las angustias. Además de la gente machacona que no tiene nada más importante que hacer en su vida que dificultarte la tuya. Luego hay gente muy comprensible y compasiva, gente empática. Gente con un corazón inteligente, gente abierta y entendedora.  Gente que te abre nuevos caminos en vez de borrar tus huellas.  El mundo necesita de esas almas generosas, gente que no juzga ni dictamina.
