Dolor pasajero/ Passing pain

Y la vida siempre sigue adelante. 
Sobrevivimos a cualquier golpe por muy lastimoso y torturador que sea, 
el tiempo cura todas las heridas y somos nosotros quienes nos encargamos para que cicatricen a su ritmo.
El tiempo pasa y el dolor disminuye, hasta que un día lo enfrentas con normalidad y desvanece por completo esa sensación desesperante.
Conlleva paciencia y resignación. 
¡No te escondas tras la soledad!
¡No sufras en silencio!
¡No provoques un aislamiento!
Recuerda que todo sufrimiento es pasajero y toda angustia transitoria, 
una cuestión temporal.
Un hombre sabio dijo que lo que no te mata, te hace más fuerte.
Y que verdad es, estamos capacitados para eso y mucho más, 
es ley de vida permanecer y continuar.
Así que ten coraje para encarar tus problemas, no permitas que muera tu fe,
tu voluntad, afronta tus miedos, resiste ante las adversidades. 
¡Aléjate de toda calamidad y desventura, ponle fin a tu amargura, 
haz que el optimismo florezca paso a paso 
y lucha por recuperar nuevamente tu existencia! 
¡Vive la vida con valentía!



And life always goes on. 
We survive any blow, however painful and torturing it may be, 
time heals all wounds and it is we who are in charge of healing them at our own pace.
Time passes and the pain diminishes, until one day you face it normally and the desperate feeling disappears completely.
It takes patience and resignation. 
Don't hide behind loneliness!
Don't suffer in silence!
Don't cause isolation!
Remember that all suffering is temporary and all anguish is transitory, 
a temporary matter.
A wise man once said that what does not kill you, makes you stronger.
And how true it is, we are capable of that and much more, 
it is the law of life to stay and go on.
So have courage to face your problems, don't let your faith die,
your will, face your fears, resist in the face of adversity. 
Stay away from all calamity and misfortune, put an end to your bitterness, 
let optimism blossom step by step... 
and strive to regain your existence again! 
Live life with courage!

Enfermedades mentales/ Mental illnesses

Gente que sufre enfermedades mentales no siempre son aceptada por la sociedad.  Su sentencia es muy injusta ya que todo el mundo tiene derecho a enfermar y ser tratado como otra persona que sufra de una enfermedad. Parece que si padeces de una depresión u otra dolencia o afección mental, ya te sellan y te juzgan como persona loca y repito eso no es justo, porque eso no corresponde a la verdad. Es muy difícil salir de ese círculo vicioso y negro en todas direcciones, te hinchan e inflan de medicación y a veces sin resultado, sin mejoría y entonces puedes caer más hondo en el pozo de las angustias. Además de la gente machacona que no tiene nada más importante que hacer en su vida que dificultarte la tuya. Luego hay gente muy comprensible y compasiva, gente empática. Gente con un corazón inteligente, gente abierta y entendedora.  Gente que te abre nuevos caminos en vez de borrar tus huellas.  El mundo necesita de esas almas generosas, gente que no juzga ni dictamina.
